Early Arrival / Stay-Over Rate
European plan $140.00 (room only) per room, per night plus 11% tax.
Group room rates contracted are in effect three days before and three days after confirmed group dates. Guest rooms are subject to sales tax (currently 11%); all other activities at 7%.
Resort Fee
Mission Inn Resort charges a daily resort fee of $16.00 , plus tax, per room that covers a myriad of hotel services including: daily self-parking; wireless in room internet (1MB download/512K upload); in room safes & available safety deposit boxes; Keurig coffee/tea maker and daily replenishments; USA Today in lobby and sport magazines in-room; business center access/boarding passes printed; unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls; property shuttle; access/use of Fitness Center; bicycle rentals (excludes motorized bicycles); hospitality room use - billiards, card tables, music and TVs; El Conquistador nature trail; Har-tru clay tennis courts; Marina boat access and guest boat storage; lakeside fishing - rods and reels provided; daily golf clinics; club storage & cleaning; $10 off select merchandise in the Pro Shop.
Booking
To book you room call Mission Inn Reservations (800) 874-9053. The group rate for the deluxe (that’s what they call it) room / single or double occupancy is $140 per night plus a $16 resort fee. The Club Suite is $180 plus the resort fee. Early Arrival / Stay over rate will be the same. I booked my room. They are friendly and helpful. They take a 1-night deposit so the all in rate for the “Deluxe” room with resort fee and tax is $173.16. Hopefully this helps for planning.
